Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class Online: My name is Nuno and I am from Portugal and can tell you that since January that my life changed. It was in January that I was able to see the Tony Robbins online event and where I got in contact with Master Co and Pranic Healing for the first time in my life. Being skeptical but curious, I am a historian and work in tourism, I decided to research.
What I discovered was truly amazing and I am just beginning.
My path made me reach out to Kavita. No idea why, but I feel very close to her, although I never saw her before in my life.
After a few zoom meetings and some emails between us, it came the opportunity to do the First Level of Pranic Healing! And on the Easter weekend. No coincidence, I guess!

The level 5, crystal is a great course. You learn lots, advanced techniques, about crystal prana and Kavita ji makes sure that everyone understands, answering all questions.

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Class (Crystal Healing) Online: I took the level 5 Crystal workshop just as a progression of my pranic healing studies under the expert tutelage of Kavita.My experience and reaction to the workshop was completely different than any other workshop I have taken.
As we handled the crystals the first day and Kaveta explained to us the various attributes of different crystals, my interest and energy kept expanding and I did not realise that 4-5 hours had gone by. Her method of explaining and answering each and every question, taking the time to oversee protocols in healing and explain the different nuances is extraordinary.
The second day I tried to sign in early, lol…Kavita had alI of us partnered off to practice a healing protocol as she watched intently on zoom and gently corrected ,explained to each student their own particular reaction and feelings
For the first time , I had an extraordinary healing experience and was overcome with emotions and had to switch off the video.Tears incessantly flowing down and I kept hearing the word forgiveness . Forgiveness for self , forgiveness for regrets, forgiveness of others that have hurt me. Felt very peaceful and light after the healing ..
I will always review this class and intend to study more about crystal healing . Out of all the workshops this one has left the largest footprint on my soul.

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Class (Crystal Healing) Online: Thank you for a fantastic crystal workshop to our wise guide and teacher Kavita and all the other wonderful healers who chose to take the class this
past weekend. I did not know much about crystals when I started on my path of pranic healing but they have become a very important part of the healing, introspection and meditation for me. I love the crystal workshop and I never fail to review it as I always learn something new and important to review the foundations. Crystals have been a game changer for me in the practice of pranic healing for a more deeper and faster healing and would highly recommend anyone on this path to take it.
The first day was all about the theory of pranic crystal healing from the foundation of The Inner Sciences by Charlotte Anderson based on a
presentation that was created by her. We learnt about the various pranic healing crystal methods in the form of wands, disintegrators, extractors that can fast track our healing process. Kavita’s classes are all about concretizing the theory by practice and we all have partners and we each worked on each other with giving feedback. This is a common practice for all her classes and rarity to find such a kind teacher who will look to correct what each person is doing and give such individualized attention and answer all questions we have.
The second day was more on the practice to apply what we learned the previous day with doing 2 protocols – one on our partner and one on ourselves so that we can self heal and heal others. We were also treated to an “energy spa” where Kavita did healing on us with disintegrators and extractors to help us experience what that feels like and it is always a privilege to get such healings in class. As a reviewer, I learn so much from questions that others or I ask in class that I can incorporate in my regular practice. During the healings, many people have gotten deep insights into their lives and at the end of that day, that is what propels us on this journey – to live authentically, try to delve within for inner reflection and try to live the best versions of our life!
I really look forward to the bonus for the class as Kavita has vast knowledge in many esoteric areas and we all benefit from that. It was fantastic to get to know the crystals that work best for us for pranic healing based on our horoscope. That is always one of the many highlights for me in the class.
I would highly recommend anyone interested in pranic healing, to take the plunge and give this gift of pranic healing workshops to yourself as it can help to improve all aspect of your life.

Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: I just attended Level 2 at the end of May and this class felt like a completely new class with so much knowledge and new techniques.
Thank you so much Kavita for endless wisdom and answering every single question we had, appreciate it very much.
I enjoyed the class very much, with the smaller class size, it was almost like 1 on 1 with Kavita with extended family.
Lots of practice in scanning , healing, self-healing and validation. This is something I have never seen with any other teacher. (I was sharing my experience with Mom and she was astonished at the level of practice we got in our classes).
We got to learn new Mudra everyday. The first couple of days, Kavita chanted Mantras (OM, Rudrashtakam) when we practiced the Mudra. There is Divine energy in Kavita’s voice, the practice felt very blissful.
Also sharing one interesting personal incident. On Saturday I asked my son if he wants to take psychotherapy, he mentioned that he is interested in Crystal class next and PEH Level 2 by itself has lots of information which should help him out.
The next day when we practiced the Powerful Mudra my son got all emotional, it brought forth of unresolved emotional issues from deep within(Usually Kavita gives the Mudra at the end of the class, but for this class, she sent a message, please come on time and we practiced Mudra at the start of the class). So the very next day he changed his mind completely and said he wants to attend Pranic Psychotherapy class.(Many Thanks to Kavita and Ganesha , as it will help a lot in the coming years). I have been practicing some of the Mudras regularly and found improvements in both physical and emotional health. Especially I love the Mudras for anxiety (Got compliments from one of my senior colleagues on great client communication).
Loved the crystal healings at the end of the class customized for each student. (My son who used to say mom, “you need to get out and get some walk”, is like, mom “you look radiant!”)

Very Grateful that Kavita offered two schedules for US and India separately, it helped me and my son G to take the evening class. (if he had missed this, he will not be able to take psychotherapy or other higher level classes this year). Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: PEH level 2 was a review class for me. I had taken the initial 2 day online class for PEH level 2 in April 2020, however I feel review helped me recall and revise the concepts again.
Some of the key points of this 6 day class for me were unhurried pace, plenty of time to learn, review and practice the concepts learned, opportunity to do scanning, self healing as well as working with the partner.

It is an intense class content wise and I felt, the amount of time devoted to it in this format was just right. We went over a few very beneficial protocols at our own pace and had time to feel its effect on us.
Kavita ji pampered us with crystal healing end of every day and the bonus was the individual healing on the last day. Her healing is always very powerful and effects are felt almost instantaneously. The mudras that she taught us were something that are easy to do and if done diligently promise lot of benefits both physical as well as mental. End of each class left me refreshed and energized.
I was privileged to take this class with other excellent healers and could benefit from the knowledge gained as a result of discussing various questions during the class.
Kavita ji’s knowledge and wisdom in the field of pranic healing, crystal healing is vast, detailed and she shared not only the do’s but also don’t do which is important to know. This class was a double duty for her with morning and evening shift. I think she carried this out extremely well.

Avedham Shakripath that originates from the words Mahadev and a Path to Energy is very appropriate to Kavita’ s style of teaching. There are very few teachers who have all the nuances of different religions, healing techniques, intuition and the clairvoyance that is needed to impart deep learning, both of the theory and practice. During the workshop, we went over different Chakras. We learned that Chakras are living beings. They can provide guidance to your life when you ask them the right questions. We learned how Chakras control various aspects of our lives and what happens when they are not balanced. We spent significant time understanding every Chakra. The exercise that was provided to us, asking questions about our Chakras was in fact an exercise on how we could lead a better life. This was one of the most exciting workshops since we not only took a deep dive into Chakras, but we also learned various Mudras that improve our lives and provide healing, powerful Mantras that provide automatic cleansing of the Chakras and finally the healing power of Phurbas to cut the karmic chords. During the last part of the class, Kavita healed all the students. This was one of my most spiritual experiences since it not only cleansed our Chakras, but it helped cut the Chords and Energize us to take on various challenges in our lives. Its like a Trunk Show where you bring in a treasure chest full of spiritual aesthetic fixes. Kavitaji, as you say, you have guidance & blessings from your teachers handing down these Pranic Healing information. I find that you have a vast trove of mystical information that comes spilling from your treasure chest and we students are so eager to receive. It’s a total mind & body over hauling.
Though these sciences are very much part of the Hindu scripts but it has been lost or has been misplaced by the evolution of the new innovations. AvedahaM Shaktipat Series “Self Care for the Energy Medicine Practitioner” ONLINE: It is my unique honor to be a participant in Kavita ji’s inaugural workshop under her own banner of Avedaham Shaktipat as I was also a participant in what was her very second class for Pranic Healing Level 1, when she had just started teaching 10 years ago. I didn’t know what to expect from this class and just went in with an open mind (and because it’s always a pleasure to be in Kavita ji’s company and all the participants who attend her classes are highly evolved souls). I learnt a lot about Chakras but most importantly I learnt how to get in touch with my own chakras. For me personally, the most important part of Day 1 of this class was the homework (or “hard work” as I called it). It was hard work because it involved a lot of self-introspection and soul searching and I put a lot of effort into it, but not only that, I responded with honest answers – and responded with integrity and admitted things that I wouldn’t even normally admit to myself (self-denial!!). The experience kind of shook me up. But I am happy that I got in touch with my inner self through this platform.
Day 2 was such a treat! To learn about the mudras and the mantra was a wonderful experience in itself. But the BEST PART for me was the guided meditation in Kavita ji’s own soothing voice. The transformation in me started with the first Chakra itself but by the time she ended with the last chakra I was in a different dimension. As I mentioned in the class itself, I could write a long story about my experience of the meditation alone and I will pay good money for the recording of that meditation (here you go – I am putting it on paper ?). I didn’t want to come out of the meditation, and I was overwhelmed with gratitude for Kavita ji and all the crystals and divine beings who participated in that meditation.
I highly recommend that everyone attend at least one workshop with Kavita ji (regardless of whether you are a Pranic Healer or not) to experience her aura, her vast knowledge and her kindness firsthand. I hope that Kavita ji, under her own banner of Avedaham Shaktipat, will continue to offer many more workshops both for healers and non-healers for a long time to come. AvedahaM Shaktipat Series “Self Care for the Energy Medicine Practitioner” ONLINE: I was so excited to hear that Kavita will be having her own series of workshops and so, very glad to have just attended her first workshop on self healing for healers as part of her inaugural Avedaham Shantipat workshop series. It was a phenomenal workshop which went beyond what I expected with sharing of knowledge, two sessions of crystal healings and a lot of internal work that most people take lifetimes to explore done over the span of two days!
The workshop was a deep dive into the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual component from her vast experience and divine intuition about some major chakras and how they work when they are in balance and the havoc they can play when they are out of balance. I think it really resonated with each one of us as we were writing down the symptoms and recognizing them within us or others we know or heal.
The new component in the workshop was homework which involved answering some very tough questions that made you reexamine various aspects of your life and doing some deep introspection. As we all wrote our answers trying to stay as authentic and honest as possible, it helps us to internalize the impact of each chakra in our life and see the chakra as more than just an energy center but how it has larger manifestations in how we lead our lives. It took me so long to write the answers and I was in awe thinking of Kavita reading and processing all our thesis from all the students and coming up with insights that would benefit us all the next day!
One of the highlights for me is always the mini healing we get as part of any workshop I have taken with Kavita. Having worked with crystals since she was a child, Kavita has vast and intuitive knowledge about crystals and their healing power and she is always very generous with sharing her knowledge. We got specialized crystal healing on both days. For me, the second day was a very powerful guided crystal healing working on several chakras which was very transformational. I got some beautiful message to incorporate in my life and felt very energized overall. Each person in the class shared how unique and different their own experience was and such feedback cycles in all her class tell you that there is no one size fits all!
Three new sections that have not been done before were touching on special mudras and mantras for chakras and using a phurba for overall health, prosperity and wellbeing. I look forward to Kavita doing more longer workshops as she has so much knowledge and wisdom on each of these topics. I feel these were great teasers for us who are thirty to learn more.
Each workshop is custom tailored to the people who attend her workshops and her first workshop under her own brand was no different! Her love, hard work, generosity, dedication and vast breath and depth of knowledge of such esoteric topics that she has honed over the years via experimentation as well as reading and being a perpetual student are a blessing to us all. The workshop was wonderful and very informative. We learnt a lot about chakras, Kavita taught us how chakras play a vital role in our physical and emotional wellbeing. Bottom line they are more than just swirling energy vortexes!!.
The key to the workshop for me was an opportunity to hold a mirror to myself and get a 360 deg view of my inner and outer worlds. A baby step towards answering my “WHO AM I” question.

I learnt the importance of understanding the physical n emotional aspects / imbalances of the chakras on a deeper level. How important it is to focus on them and make sure they are balanced as it affects our health and well-being. She made us look deep within us which was challenging but very interesting. The meditation and crystal healing she gave us was a beautiful and unique experience. We learnt some Mudras, chanting of Mantras which would help us and also some information of Phurbas.
Kavita’s teaching methods have always been unique. She is very intuitive and extremely knowledgeable. I am very grateful that I have always had the opportunity to learn under her.

She is one of those blessed with deep understanding on many subjects that interconnect and inter-relate, and that broader understanding, the result of decades of study with masters of numerous disciplines around the world, is now being made available to us through Avedaham Shaktipat. We have awaited this day for many years.
I am a Pranic Energy Healer, and [inactive for now] instructor who has benefited from a long association with Kavita. When she teaches, she always brings new information and the inaugural workshop under Avedaham Shaktipat is no exception to this practice. It was fascinating going deeper into the relatedness of our physical and emotional ‘dis-eases’ or imbalances and seeing how those relate to an imbalance in specific chakras.
Balance is critical to an enjoyable life, and often we forget to be grateful for all the wonder and goodness in our lives. We were reminded that Gratitude is the highest of all emotions, thoughts, and acts. Kavita delved into the signs of balance in our lives as they relate to a balanced chakra and energy body. It was also quite interesting to gain understanding on how the chakras interconnectedness affects both our health and well-being and our discomforts and illnesses.
You can only blame your parents and your Karma for so much. At some point, we must choose to become responsible for our lives and how we show up in them. The manner with which we ‘do life’ defines whether we are happy or sad, a victor or a victim. We learned how to spot potholes in the road of life and how to either do the road repair or avoid the pothole.
We learned three powerful Mudras and were instructed on how and to use them, as well as how to maximize the benefit of the powerful Mantra, OM Mani Padme Hum.
I am looking forward to participating in Avedaham Shaktipat’s future offerings, and I recommend that others who desire to enrich their lives do so as well.

AvedahaM Shaktipat Series “Self Care for the Energy Medicine Practitioner” ONLINE: Kavita ji never teaches the same material. It is unique and tailored to the participants in her workshop. It’s because of the divine beings that works through her.
We were able to understand the connection between inner, outer worlds and chakras. We were asked to answer self assessment questions and it helped me to look deep within. That changed my perspective of chakras and it will never be the same when I do self healing and healing on others.
We got powerful crystal healing on the first day and guided meditation on the second day. It worked on all the chakras pulling out dirty energy and healing my lower back. It was an wonderful experience and felt the presence of angels and divine beings.
Kavitaji taught us specific mudras, mantras and about phurbhas to help us in the spiritual journey. It was a power packed weekend and blessed to attend the first workshop series of Avedaham Shaktipat.

It was a great workshop with lots of insights, wisdom, amazing meditation experience, wonderful participants.
Even before the workshop, Kavita had asked all the participants to send what we are struggling with in an email.
- Kavita explained different characteristics of Chakras and what physical and emotional issues we face when the Chakra is not performing in its full potential.She also gave an entirely different perspective on how to view and communicate with Chakras.The way I do my self-healing changed after the first day. And felt Chakras also responded in kind. That was a big takeaway for me.
- Had to do deeper digging into our intentions, though it seemed very tough I really needed the reflection and introspection. (this would have taken weeks if not for the class)
- Scanning exercises for self sabotage chords also pointed out which Chakras were out of sync for us. And how much the change was required from within.
- The class lecture, scanning exercises, introspection questions, crystal healing were all well designed and aligned beautifully in the Self care and Spiritual Empowerment workshop.
- We received powerful Crystal healing on the first day for each of our Chakra.
- The Guided meditation with Crystal healing on the second day was the highlight of the class. It was a unique divine experience with Kavita’s voice guiding us like an angel. Received different visions when Kavita was guiding us on different Chakra.
- Wonderful participants sharing their practices and experiences(brought warmth to the heart).
- Received perfect Mudra to my issue on the 2nd day.
- Appreciate some of the details around the chanting of Mantra and how to energize the Chakras. There was one special technique for Chanting the Mantras which I haven’t heard in any other classes. (I love Mantras and have been curious about their vibrations, colors and so on). So grateful for this information.
- The short module on Phurba was very helpful. Learned new technique which I am so excited to try .

AvedahaM Shaktipat Series “Self Care for the Energy Medicine Practitioner” ONLINE: I feel honored to be part of Kavita ji’s debut workshop. It turned out to be amazing experience. Kavita ji explained in great details about each chakra both from the perspective of when it is in sync and out of sync, how to recognize the symptoms. The best part was that after discussing each chakra, she gave all of us a few specific and significant questions to answer about that chakra. It was homework to be done and she followed to make sure we turned it in time. She went out of her way to spend enormous amounts of her time to review it.
I had to do lot of self reflection to answer those questions truthfully with blunt honesty and in doing that I realized strength and weakness of my chakras. It helped me understand certain patterns in my life that have potential for improvement.
Another unique experience that I had was the chakral meditation with certain powerful crystals Kavita ji used on us using her soothing voice and powerful self affirmations that went along with it. It was a serene experience for me. We all got to share our experience in the class and it was unique to each participant.
Kavita ji showed us a few simple mudras anyone can try without much effort and which would give very beneficial results to us. A brief introduction to Phurbas was also given & she discussed a mantra with us.
Overall, a very good class with lots of wisdom that Kavita ji shared with genuine interest & enthusiasm while providing individual attention. Her goal was to make sure everyone really gets the knowledge from the class.
Lots of positive energy and great questions from the fellow participants. I would highly recommend this class.

She is not my 1st instructor in pranic healing, I have others, I can compare how they teach, how much they know, how much they are willing to share.
I also have a background in martial arts which has an energy component to it. I have trained in different Reiki and in chi kung.
Kavita ji has an immense wealth of knowledge, understanding, the higher beings teach through her, she is humble and very patient and caring for her students.
She makes sure that everyone understands, she answers so many questions.
This course is her 1st that is hers and it is amazing, the guided meditation was personal for each person, that we all shared at the same time. The healing from the meditation is deep and profound.
What she shared about chakras, the exercises are so good, so important, it brought us all personal understanding and individual healing. I was very excited to learn the mudras and mantra that she would teach and I was not disappointed.
I will be reflecting and enjoying the experience of this weekend and what I learned for a long time. What I have learned will help me to heal, be more empowered, I have gained more insight about myself and how to achieve my goals and dreams and tools to do so. The healing that she gave me will be healing me to high levels.

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Healing ONLINE: I was blessed to attend the crystal class with Kavita ji. I have taken the class before with another teacher, but Kavita ji always has something to share, to teach that I don’t know, something that new, something to help me grow, to have more awareness and understanding. Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Healing ONLINE: I attended the PEH 5 workshop this weekend. It was originally scheduled for few hours 2 days during the weekend, however Kavita ji was gracious to extend it to Monday so we can actually experience using the crystals and feel for ourselves what it means. I came to this workshop not knowing anything about crystals, their powers and how they can help us where we need the help most. All the 3 days of this workshop were informative and Kavita ji gave us so much more information on top of that. She answered all our questions patiently. She was very concerned about us not self-healing properly and as often as daily. It was such a caring attitude that I felt really grateful about it. It was wonderful to connect with others online during the class and see for myself how everyone’s experience with crystal was unique to their own needs. I realized that working with crystals the healing process is faster than using hands and that itself it motivator for me to do self healing regularly. Kavita ji used her extractors and disintegrators crystals on us to give us a taste of how different crystals work and I think there is a lot to grasp about what I learnt in this class.

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Healing ONLINE: There were again many learnings unique to this class in addition to fixing some of my incorrect understandings and techniques. I have always been curious to learn about crystals and how to use them properly. Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: Today I took level 1 review with my teacher Kavita ji. When I 1st started training with her, I heard, was told that every class she teaches is different, that it is never taught the same. I can verify that this is very true. I have been blessed to take many classes with Kavita ji this year and they are all different. The amazing thing is that her teaching is evolving as she teaches.
One may not think that there would be much new to learn doing a review of level 1, that you have already taken it already, you have taken level 3, 4, ect… but this is not true. Kavita ji shared new information, information, knowledge that I didn’t know, she blessed us with a new mantra to help us all, with a new mudra, sharing how to do it, how it will benefit us all.
Kavita ji has the patience to answer all of our questions. She also blessed us with a healing that was amazing and individualized. Kavita ji’s caring for her students has to be experienced, she is very caring and generous with her knowledge.

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: I had taken level 1 couple of times and reviewed it once in last 3 years. It takes a few times to fully understand the concepts of PEH before practicing it efficiently. Each time the class was different even though it was still Level 1. We learn a different perspective each time. Today’s class reinforced the basics. For the first time I felt truly confident in practicing PEH. I think this past week was a break through for me. I already feel more calm. Kavitaji reiterated the importance of cleaning the Chakras to maintain the flow of prana. We were also introduced to crystals associated with each Chakra. It was followed by Mantra and Mudra for self- help and finally blessed with crystal healings for every one by Kavitaji. Great experience. Thank you!

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: As usual, the Pranic Healing Level 1 review this weekend was a wonderful workshop and it is important to review as it helps to concertize concepts that you may have forgotten or learn for the first time as it is not in prior classes.
We got a great overview of the major chakras and what happens when they are in imbalance. The best part was to get affirmations associated with connecting with these chakras as well as crystals that work to enhance each of these chakras. This class felt like part of the continuum of learning from the Crystal class as well as the Avedaham Shaktipat for me as it was continuing on that journey of exploring the various perspectives of the chakras and giving you a doorway to connect in a more deeper and meaningful way to your chakras. Personally, I have just been working on
cleaning and energizing my chakras but these workshops are also telling me that it is possible to connect in a more deeper way to our chakras and Kavita gives us insights into how that is possible.
The second special part about the workshop was a mantra and mudra for emotional and psychological empowerment and remove issues. Kavita took time to look at all the attendees horoscopes and come up with the best suited mantras and mudras which is uniquely suited to each one of us.
We learnt 3 mudras in the last class and I have been doing 2 out of the three mudras and I have found them to be very meditative as I also can chant the mantras and can direct my focus on those areas to bring more focus and positive energy in those areas. While these are yoga mudras and you
can find them if you do a search, what is most unique is these mudra or mantra are given to us by our teacher with her blessing and she knows us so well that it really has special meaning for me.
The last and best part of the class was the crystal healing. I got some interesting insights and a guide to help with doing more inner work during the healing and it was something out of left field that was buried deep within that I need to address to move ahead. Kavita has a special connection to crystals and so her healing always taken on a more potency. Kavita is always open to answering any questions and it was great to connect about the phurba workshop and it was good to hear that she will give us a two week notice.
The key message post review is that we have to continue to work on self healing and there are no shortcuts as such and crystals are a great way to shorten the time for healing purposes. Like everything in life, if you
want to see results, you have to put in the work and it has been a very transformation process for me with taking these workshops with Kavita, healing myself and others and connecting with all the lovely and intuitive
students that join and are walking on this path with you as a vibrant healing community. Please take Kavita’s workshops – it is the best gift you can give to your self and your family.

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: Being an Indian student, I distinctly remember how much I enjoyed reading about the prana in my PE & Yoga class in High School. However, I always felt the need to learn how to practically use this vital life force to improve our health and energy. I knew that taking this class would give me the opportunity to do so, but I wasn’t quite sure how. A lot of my doubts had a great deal to do with the fact that most of my personal convictions had always been very analytical in nature.
Little did I know that learning pranic healing and starting to apply it would be a completely life changing experience. I am very grateful for the many positive additions that I have been able to make to every sphere of my life, as a result. It was a surreal moment when I scanned my first chakra and was able to precisely relate my observations with my physical and energetic anatomy. The many healing techniques which I learnt throughout the class have helped me remove many energetic blockages and become more self-aware. Practicing pranic healing has been beneficial to my physical health too. My eye strain and stomach cramps were completely gone after a few quick healing sessions, for instance.
All this would not have been possible without the support and guidance of Kavita ji. She is a very dedicated teacher and I’m greatly privileged to be her student. In no way did I feel like taking the classes online affected my capacity to understand the whole system of pranic healing and practise it. A large part of which, I’m sure, was so because of her tremendous mastery of Pranic Healing, her ability to design very effective classes and interact with students in a way that goes with the unique aura of each of them. She listens to her students very patiently and motivates them to reach their fullest potential at every step of their learning journey.
She goes the extra mile to make sure that none of her students leave the class without acquiring a thorough knowledge of both: the healing techniques as well as life skills which are necessary for living a life full of love, positivity and result oriented-ness. Those aren’t just a few nice adjectives from my favorite book quotes, hahaaa… but it is her who has really helped me understand how we can all become better versions of ourselves: more healthful, giving and open minded. There’s definitely no wealth like well being, afterall.
I am very grateful for the guru-shishya(student) relationship that I have been able to build with my teacher. I look forward to receiving the many life lessons and more importantly lessons in pranic healing from her, which I believe will not only enable me to grow and live a more fulfilling life but also help others do the same. Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: I have taken multiple sessions with Kavita and always find that they are amazing spaces to remove myself from the madness and crazy hustle of life, and focus on what’s most important- which we often tend to forget.
The level 1 Pranic healing workshop I recently took with her was no different. Even though I had already completed three levels with another instructor in India and was only reviewing, I found myself learning so many things for the first time with Kavita.
A worldly teacher and an ocean of wisdom, Kavita is one of the most knowledgeable people teaching energy medicine today. Her classes combine techniques and information from different modalities- from the ancient Indian vaastu Shastra and astrology to reiki, feng shui and beyond- owing to her extensive training. This makes Kavita’s workshop a one stop shop and a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Despite having taken 3 levels, I had never felt confident enough in my foundation to actually practice pranic healing. I had learnt one level per day in India- which was very overwhelming. Kavita’s 8 day workshop on the other hand was so practical. We were able to spend more than enough time learning and practicing each new concept. It was a good mix of fun and application, with ample time for questions (and boy did we make use of it- thank you, Kavita, for all your patient answers!). This was the first time after taking a Pranic healing workshop that I have felt so energized to practice.
I also found myself unlearning wrong techniques from prior classes with other instructors. Given how abstract the concept of Pranic healing seems, it is hard to find a teacher you can trust. Even if a teacher is trustworthy, they may project their own beliefs into their teachings, which may not be right for you. My favorite thing about Kavita’s classes is that she doesn’t enforce her beliefs on her students. She has always made me feel like I have a choice. I may or may not choose to believe what I was hearing. I could receive the knowledge I was ready to receive, and come around to the rest on my own timeline. Kavita is open to all possibilities, automatically making her a great fit for a large spectrum of people.
Besides, Kavita’s credibility is through the roof and her reputation precedes her. I think this was important to me since I came into Pranic healing a skeptic. I am 22 years old, fresh out of college. Modern education steers clear of spiritual teachings and hence, I wasn’t sure what to expect when Kavita first recommended that I try Pranic healing. But having opened myself up to it, I can definitely say that I am now a calmer, happier and a more generous person. And the people around me notice the difference. So I highly suggest that everyone try it at least once. And try it with Kavita, not just anyone, because you will be assured 100% high quality interactions and a teacher who will go above and beyond to help you learn more about yourself and the world. Already missing the workshop and all the wonderful people I met there. Cannot wait for the next one!

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: A Loving Atma Namaste!
Kavita is a gifted, seasoned, devoted Instructor who has the unique ability to teach and engage her students in a multi-sensory learning experience. The mix of anecdotal stories, PowerPoint references, visual aids, partner demonstrations, and firm but gentle reminders of important points, supported fun impactful learning and better retention of the material.
Kavita’s vast knowledge of energy healing flows from her in a relatable way. She communicates with confidence and purpose and is a flowing fountain of useful information. Her genuine enthusiasm inspires deeper learning and understanding, and she generously shares bonus content with her classes. That said, she will be the first to humbly say that she is simply a conduit of information learned from Spiritual Teachers and received clairvoyantly from other Divine Spiritual Beings.
I cannot imagine taking this foundational PEH Workshop over a weekend format of two 8 hour days. I feel it would be an overwhelming experience in every way and not as effective. The small class size and five-day format gave Kavita time to provide individualized attention, monitor individual and partner progress, and answer questions. The daily break was much needed and allowed me time to regroup, reenergize, reflect, review notes, reference textbooks, and practice the techniques and protocols presented each evening.
It is also worth noting that my class had some repeat students – a good reminder of how much information there is to conquer before proceeding to Level II. To reinforce learning, Kavita offers regular review classes for each PEH Workshop. These sell out very quickly as many students jump at the chance to practice in a monitored group setting and learn new things.
Throughout the five-day Workshop, Kavita’s role as an Instructor was never-ending; her involvement with the class went above and beyond my expectations. She provided daily follow-up emails and texts to the class with suggestions, words of wisdom, homework reminders, daily Zoom links, and inspirational messages.
Kavita made it clear that she is available to all her students via email or text, which is exceptionally generous and kind. Students are also invited to join her online Spiritual community for support, continued learning, and group engagement.

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: Pranic Healing it says it all – Mind and body. Though this is my first time being introduced to the abilities of self healing, I was pleasantly tuned into this learning experience.
Our mentor, Kavita ji, represented her own Teachers, Grand Master Choa & Charlotte Anderson in more ways than one. Time after time Kavita ji gave her teachers credit of what they taught her, repeatedly she mentioned their good names in honor and with reverence as how over the years they had influence her life.
It sure is not an easy task to schedule and monitor a zoom meeting where we can be a disturbing factor by talking over each other. Continuously for five days with extended hours Kavita ji has been an amazing example of an inexhaustible, tireless teacher at her Best. Kavita ji is not just well versed but she is in full control of her art of teaching with ample examples, including gently touching on some well known personalities bringing inquisitiveness for more details.
It was a small group, some people were informative of Pranic Healing as they were reviewing their skills while some of us were learning, practicing under Kavita ji’s guidance. I find her very knowledgeable, well experienced, engaging and as a student I wanted to find out more about this art of self healing.

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: Having attended several ZOOM workshops thus far, I have to say that the 5 evening format is a vast improvement over the two day format. There is a different energy required of both the instructor and attendees on line than in person, and the phenomena known as ‘Zoom Fatigue’ does not appear when the coursework is spread over several evenings.
The work of Master Choa Kok Sui is profound, and has worldwide implications for transforming humanity, one man and one woman at a time. The freedom to teach in the virtual world opens his teachings to countless other students who might not otherwise be able to learn these important skills. I am thankful to the foundation and to Kavita for working so diligently to bring this about. I look at it this way. Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: In the past, I have received Pranic Healing multiple times. Everytime I received one, I felt healthier and saw a sharp reduction in muscular pain I felt before it. Experiencing the power of healing led me to learn more about it and harvest the energy we all inherently possess.
At first, I was skeptical about taking the class as it was offered virtual and I always thought of Pranic Healing to be a form of in person healing. However, my skepticism was proved wrong in the first class itself. We all were able to scan each other’s chakras and feel each other’s energies completely virtually. It was truly a life changing moment. I was able to tap into a skill I thought we didn’t have. Just after completion of Level 1 I felt a sense of enlightenment and heightened senses.
Kavita Chhibber was a great teacher. She not only taught us the basics of Pranic Healing, but also went in-depth into issues all her students as a whole and individual were dealing with. She made sure to teach at a speed that all were comfortable as we had people aging from 22 to almost 70. Although the class took place at night for about 3.5 hours, I felt ever so energetic during and after the class. She was great at capturing all our attention and at keeping us all engaged.
I truly believe everyone, especially younger individuals, should take this class and learn Pranic Healing. It is a great skill to have not only to heal others, but also to take better care of yourself.

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: I’ve been going through major health issues since last 4 years so that has increased my anxiety about future so I continued doing ,yoga meditation more often as much as my body supports me but I felt I need something else to keep me positive to come out of shell of negativity about life which sometimes bothers me. So thinking on that positivity one day I got connected to Kavitaji on social media and asked her help on my healing and she responded me so quickly and nicely I can’t forget her way of accepting me with so much of kindness and humbleness and I really felt blessed felt she is part of my family . Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Review Workshop ONLINE: I that its a great blessings to have attended the review workshop. I did not expect one day review of Level 1 to be such an intense experience 🙂
We have done some astrology consulting with 3-4 people years back at India. Most of them had asked us to go to Temples or some other remedie
though they provide temporary relief, but still I had no clue on what I need to work on to make things better .
Kavita’s Karmic pattern readings is the missing puzzle, it connects all the dots. (Patterns – Planets and Chakras ). She indicated earlier it was just high level as she has to do for 40+ students But I was truly speechless to see an amazing report with so much information.(still its beyond my understanding, why would anyone put in so much efforts for a $25 review class – to help us understand the true meaning of giving).
She has listed all the patterns and the connection to the past ( it had taken me years of introspection for me to identify some of my repetitive patterns, was simply amazed she nailed them in couple of hours..). It is not a exaggeration if I say that actually I felt light and confident, as if I have a new direction facing couple of issues. Learning what Jupiter/Saturn retrograde means and we need to do as remedy was super helpful.
Kavita removed the contamination of our houses using Phurba. Scanning the houses was very fun. (I actually think my scanning ability has increases after all these scanning ) Kavita also used Phurba to disintegrate our most prominent negative pattern.(unspoken words felt the heaviest for me). And I was surprised after the class when I actually had the courage to explain to my husband on how well the class went and what I learnt and why I took the class.( typically I am worried about any criticism will try everything to avoid talking about things which we don’t agree on). Totally very unique, full of wisdom, fun and refreshing class.

We learned a lot about retrograde planets but what was deeply moving was the experience with the Phurbas and how effectively some of them cut the cords that people had and also the houses! Truly grateful to the Tibetan master who graced these Phurbas in Kavita’s hands and I shouldn’t be amazed because it is Kavita! But she tirelessly ensures that they go to the right person! Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Review Workshop ONLINE: WOW! This class was truly amazing. Kavita ji delivered beyond all expectations! She provided each of us with both past life and vedic astrology information to assist us with identifying patterns in our life and included remedies to help us move forward, learn from these patterns and heal. The importance of performing daily self-healing and keeping our homes clean was demonstrated and emphasized. Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Review Workshop ONLINE: The workshop on Pranic Energy Healing which I attended online with Kavita was very different an interesting. As always we learned new things. In this session we had some discussion regarding astrology, past lives and the role our planets play when they go retrograde, and ways to improve it. She used her powerful Purbas to cut our cords from many of our disturbing negative emotions in one segment of the class and then she used her Purbas to clean our homes from negative energies. We also worked on protocols of boosting our immune system and self healing which we all needed especially during this pandemic.

Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: Kavitaji, is my very first pranic healing teacher. I hadn’t the slightest clue about pranic healing before I joined her classes. I initially planned to wait to take level 2 after taking level 1. However, I ended up taking level 1 and level 2 back to back. I enjoyed taking both classes level 1 and level 2 classes. Level 1 of pranic healing energy teaches to heal with the color white but level 2 teaches to heal using different colors. You are also taught the significance of each color.
The best part about taking Kavita ji’s class is the individualized attention each student is given. If a student is unable to understand a technique, Kavita ji will take the time to explain it to them. She doesn’t care how long it takes a student to learn. She will not move forward with the class unless each student has correctly learned the techniques. She doesn’t stress or worry about staying late. Her students are equally excited and willing to stay until the end of class.
Kavita ji is very kind and patient with all her students. She is dedicated to teaching students that want to learn from her. Words can’t express what an amazing teacher and human being she is. If you plan on taking pranic healing classes, I recommend taking classes from Kavita ji. You will not be disappointed with her way of teaching. I look forward to more online classes with Kavita ji. Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: It was a pleasure to take level two workshop with Kavita. She’s a very compassionate person, an amazing teacher and a generous healer. I have taken level one and level five class with her and I graduated level two last weekend with a lot more knowledge and skills
Kavita not only teaches you the techniques and knowledge to graduate level two, but she goes over and beyond to share the knowledge she has learnt over years from different modalities She will make sure she knows exactly what you need, could be something beyond the part of the course. Students come from different level of training for her course and she make sure everybody gets the attention they need to master the techniques. Each of her courses are very different and tailored specifically to her students needs.
In the level II course we learned about how to use colors for healing and different protocols specific to each condition. as a left brained person, I was not sure if we will be able to feel energy since the workshop was conducted online. But everyone was able to feel energy and ask Kavita says energy follows intent. we learn new techniques and spend a lot of time practicing those techniques with partners and as a group. We healed each other and we also healed our animals. I have never seen someone care so much for the animals and all the healers were really generous to offer their help.
I would highly recommend this course and there cannot be a better teacher than Kavita. But like she always sees she is not the teacher but it is the holy spirits that teach through her. Thank you Kavita for an amazing class and I will continue to heal myself and my little kitty. Look forward to level III and IV.

Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: This past weekend was my 2nd review on the Level 2 online class and as expected, it was FANTASTIC and a totally different class with focus areas that were individuated for the lovely souls who are on this path to well-being with Kavita as our wise, kind and knowledgeable guide.
Level 2 is a heavy on theory and practice class which takes you from “kindergarten to Phd” in pranic healing as Kavita tells us. So, each one of us who is somewhat serious about doing self healing or healing others should take/review this class to continue to the journey into advanced principals of using colored prana which have immense power when used properly. Kavita blended the class very nicely with the balance of theory and a lot of practice under the careful online eye of Kavita to ensure that we are doing things right. She would patiently work with students on any corrections in technique so that the foundations are set right for this important class.
This will be my third online pranic healing class with Kavita this year and I have found this to be an excellent forum for learning and practice which Kavita supervises very carefully! She was patient, extremely knowledgeable and kind in addressing each student’s issues and most of us got group healings to address what we need most in terms of our health needs to put our knowledge to practice! The small online classes with so much individual attention and careful and extensive preparation work done by Kavita to have everything flowing smoothly makes all the difference in the world!
As a reviewer, this weekend class was an eye opener in terms of what cords as energy suckers can do and we spent quite a bit of time on it and it made me take a resolve to work on me and my family’s cords on a regular basis! I always knew I should do this from past workshops but this weekend, I “realized” how important it is and it has become an important regular practice for me now. There is a difference in knowing something in theory and putting into practice via realization. Kavita was also very generous and masterful in working with so many phurbas that made their appearance in this class which was very unique and its use in cord cutting which was incredible!
I would advise anyone who has taken past classes with her to review as you are guaranteed to learn nuances and new things and sign up SOON as her classes are small and fill up fast! For newer folks to pranic healing, take that leap of faith and sign up to get yourself a gift of being a channel of healing for you and your family during these pandemic times!

Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: Just invested another weekend in my development as a pranic healer and instructor, sitting at the feet [in the virtual world] of one of the best teachers I have ever had the pleasure of studying under, Kavita Chhibber.
Teaching Pranic Healing on line is a brave new world, and the Level Two workshop is challenging to teach: SO many things to learn about working with colors, and testing one’s ability to discern the subtle differences in the qualities of those colored pranas as well as learning new techniques for scanning, cleansing and energizing.
Kavita proved, once again, that this modality is quite adaptable to the virtual world. The ability of the instructor to clearly see what everyone is doing as they are learning new techniques is definitely enhanced with the on-line format. Kavita was able to assist students who were unsure of how they were doing the work, and helped them to make the needed ‘course corrections’ before ‘bad habits’ were concretized. What a blessing!
We had LOTS of practice, and it is that practice that allows students to leave the workshop with the confidence to practice these skills. This will NOT be a workshop that people take, and then ‘throw away’. The students and teacher were all so generous in sharing their experiences and in giving feedback. Even though I have taken this workshop many times, I learned new things.
Also, in the virtual community being created, there is the opportunity to provide ongoing support and practice, something not easily done elsewhere. I am so very thankful for these learning opportunities. If these workshops were being held in Atlanta, I would not be able to take advantage of all of them as I have been able to do on line. The cost of travel, accommodations, dining out, combined with the hours and hours of traveling, would have meant that I could not have worked them into my life.

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: The PEH1 online class this weekend (4/18-4/19) was a review for me. I had taken PEH1 in person in Feb 2020 this year, so experience wise I consider myself a new student.
The experience has been phenomenal. Beyond my expectations. I was able to revise and practice the instructions I had learnt last time much better now. Both days were real intense and Kavita ji didn’t mind to stay late to make sure we get the time we need to practice and understand the fundamentals correctly.
Technically I had no problem logging and staying connected on the zoom session throughout the class duration.
Kavita ji provided personal attention to everyone making sure new and repeat students were able to follow the instructions. She was very patient with us, went over again and again without rushing us at any point.
At no point, I felt any different not being in the same room with others. Being online, we were able to stretch, walk around. I was not distracted by the logistics of time or travel etc. since this was from the comfort of my own home. In fact on Sunday we actually started an hour earlier and finished later. I thought people were bonding much better online than in person. The chat option on the zoom allowed us to privately ask any question we may feel uncomfortable voicing out loud. Kavita ji addressed all questions however trivial with detailed information. The video demonstrations were a good alternative to watching in person about the general sweeping and energizing techniques
Overall I felt as if it was a completely new class I am attending.
Immense gratitude to Kavita ji for sharing her wisdom, knowledge and expertise with us during this class.

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: I just completed the Level 1 online workshop review with Kavita ji. This was my third online workshop as I have taken Level 2 and Level 5 online over the last few weeks. Honestly, the only reason I have been able to take back to back classes is because they are online. I had previously taken Level 1 in person in Atlanta at the end of January and I personally didn’t find any difference in taking the class in person and reviewing it online. I did the review because I wanted to keep the basic concepts fresh in my mind even though I am now using Level 2 and crystal healing techniques to do self healing (and to heal some “lazy” family members with chronic ailments ;0) However, even though I was reviewing the class, I learnt a lot of new things! Its because the knowledge shared in every class is different, as it comes not only from the teacher but other kindred souls, my fellow classmates, who have opted to share in the same experience at the same time. Different students in different classes ask different questions, and Kavita ji patiently answers all questions because she believes that if a student has asked a question, it was because everyone in the class was meant to share that knowledge.
For me the online format has worked very well. I am a homebody and I like being able to learn from within the comfort of my own home. I also know that Kavita ji was watching us like a hawk (lol) coz she did catch me making a mistake when I was healing my class partner and she immediately corrected me (Thank you, Kavita ji!!). I also liked being able to ask questions privately via chat which I normally may not have asked in an in-person setting so as to not disturb the rest of the class.
I have also noticed that the more I review classes, the more I practice and last but not the least, the more I self heal (and cut chords!!!), the better my intuition gets. I am able to scan better, get messages clairvoyantly and shield myself from toxic energy and people. And these days, even the usually positive energy people are getting more anxious, stressed and spewing negativity (sometimes quite unintentionally). So its always better to know how to heal yourself and protect yourself especially under these circumstances.
I am so happy that online classes are being offered now and that more and more geographically dispersed people can take advantage of this opportunity. I would probably never have met my class partner (soul-sister) if not for the virtual classes. She and I immediately connected because we have a few things in common (lol) and I am looking forward to continuing my spiritual friendship with her.
I am really grateful for the online classes and the opportunity to virtually meet so many people across the globe and to learn from them besides our revered teacher Kavita ji and the divine beings that use her as a medium to share their knowledge.

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class ONLINE: I have the privilege of being an instructor of Pranic Energy Healing as well as a lifelong student. Over the last 10+ years, I have attended, been the back office support, assisted in, and conducted countless courses from Level One through Arhatic Prep [assisted on the higher courses]. Recently, I have been blessed to attend Level Two, Advanced Pranic Energy Healing, and Level Five, Pranic Crystal Healing through the miracles of modern technology, in the virtual room made possible by ZOOM. Both of those workshops were flawless. Everything taught was caught. Students bonded with one another in ways we cannot to when in person. Both virtual and in person methods have their distinct advantages.
Level One, the foundational course, presents challenges that the higher level courses do not. It is here that the foundational principles and techniques upon which everything else is built are taught, and it is vitally important that these skills be transferred to students in a meaningful and effective manner. Kavita is the perfect teacher to pioneer the brave new world of virtual instruction.
Once again, everything taught was caught. From an instructor’s perspective, I noticed that each student was more easily observed as the techniques were being practiced. Videos were created to illustrate the skills of general sweeping and localized sweeping. Then, when students practiced, it seemed to me that the instructor could observe the students much more efficiently. With all the students clearly visible on the screen, any minor adjustments or corrections to the techniques being taught and caught were quickly made. To me, this is a wonderful advantage as in a large room with many students, it is impossible to do this. In a virtual setting, the sharing of the experience of both giving and receiving healings was, oddly, more intimate and personal. We can clearly see and hear everyone. The entire class benefited immensely from this sharing and feedback. The guidance for and affirmation of each student’s experience when practicing and/or when receiving healings and learning the techniques enhanced our learning experience.
I remember when I first took the Level One class with Kavita. For me, the BIGGEST ‘You must be kidding! This is simply not possible’ segment of the workshop was distance healing. When a partner/student was standing before me, I could observe the effect of the energy on them, but in another room???? You must be nuts! In the virtual world, we are doing distance healing from the first minute. There was no room or space for doubt. The feedback from our partners was verbally given, but because of this, we also received deeper feedback and could better understand what was happening. New students, especially, had the power of pranic healing demonstrated again and again and again as all work was done as distance healing. There was no leap of faith required of them! ?
From a structural perspective, I believe the Level One workshop would be better delivered over 4 days of 4-5 hours each. This would allow the in depth attention each student should receive, would provide time for ‘homework’ to practice each set of skills taught before the next session, and would provide a less strenuous workshop. My fellow students and Kavita participated in two very long days. Since no travel is involved, there is wiggle room on the length of the workshop, yet breaking it up would provide a more enjoyable time for all. I would choose evenings during the week. This would also allow people who work M-F to have a weekend to rest and relax before starting their next work week.
I was delighted to be a part of this workshop. I truly loved every minute of it and all of the invaluable knowledge and information imparted by Kavita as feedback to students and answers to their questions blesses us so very much! I am looking forward to the knowledge being imparted to hundreds, if not thousands of new people once virtual workshops are more common.

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Class ONLINE: I’ve taken a few classes in person with Kavita and also attended level 5 online. I can tell you that whether the class is in-person or online, Kavita’s teachings are extremely informative and complete. Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Class ONLINE: I wanted to share my feedback of the first online Pranic Healing Crystal Class I took this weekend with Kavita after having taken a in person Crystal workshop in Dec 2019.
As usual, Kavita’s classes continue to be extremely personalized to the group of students that come together and are unique and beneficial for first time attendees as well as reviewers. This great opportunity to connect online was able to bring people from various states, ages, bypassing physical ailments or a pandemic that makes travel impossible into in a beautiful, nurturing environment that was our class this weekend. There is so much anxiety and fear all around the world right now with the COVID-19 pandemic – this online class provided a fantastic opportunity to explore the great healing modality of pranic healing on our physical, mental, spiritual and psychological well being from the comforts of our homes. The current situation has also created such technological opportunities to connect across borders and online education will not only become a norm but the way most people may want to experience and gain knowledge once they find the perfect teacher.
For a lot of us, Kavita is that perfect teacher – kind, knowledgeable and generous with her knowledge, time and love for all her students going that extra mile for each and every one of us. She has learnt from several masters of pranic healing and has great reverence for Grand Master Choa Kok Sui and Charlotte Anderson and also brings her vast knowledge all based on her own experiences as a healer, student and teacher. No question is ever unanswered in her class and she will answer and intuitively give us the way forward. The online format allowed Kavita to observe each of us very closely and the Zoom meeting format made it a very efficient class where we all were focused on the speaker or the person asking the questions or we could pin the video for our partner when we were doing healings on each other – so, it was both effective and efficient. This was my second online class with Kavita and while I really enjoy in person classes, I have now become a huge supporter of this mode of instruction in today’s age!
Kavita has been working with crystals since she was 6 years old and the wealth of knowledge, intuition, respect and love comes through. I got so much from the class on crystals but she tells us that these two days were just the tip of the iceberg of the vast knowledge she has to share on crystals.
We got a great mix of the theory with a lot of practice with crystal wands and experienced the difference with healing with disintegrators and extractors crystals and got some great insights into various crystals. As a reviewer, I also relearned some things that I will add to my healing practice – questions asked by my classmates were insightful and helped clarify things for me. Clairvoyance and trusting your gut – both tough intuitive lessons that Kavita made us explore via two neat exercises where we all shared our thoughts and it was interesting to see how close to reality things were from the feedback.
Kavita is a phenomenal healer with some powerful divine guides and her special bonus have always been mini healings on each of us and this class was no different! We got healings from crystals, several phurbas and lemurian pendulums and several of us stayed as long as we could for both the days as it was so wonderful to be in the class.
Feeling great and energized from the whole weekend class now and just wanted to thank Kavita for sharing your knowledge, experience and always going way beyond for each of us – patiently answering all our many questions. In gratitude.

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Class ONLINE: I have taken many crystal classes under several instructors to include two Masters. Kavita’s class on 4/4/2020 online was more informative and more open than I have experienced in the past.
The online course affords an opportunity to learn without interruption. I find that even when face to face has the rule of let the instructor teach and a time will be given for questions, people do not listen and a lot of times the class misses out due to one or two students who must constantly be talking and asking questions. Which takes time away from the teachings and we miss part of the material since this is a one day class.
The online format affords Kavita the chance to teach everything and still allows for questions. The class was amazingly smooth and I learned more than I had in most of my face to face classes. Her knowledge and respect of crystals is second to none when it comes down to it. She not only respects the teachings of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui and teaches his class in more depth than the other instructors I have had, but she also respects the intelligence of the crystals we are using to enhance the healings.
While I enjoy the face to face classes, this class has changed my mind regarding online classes. We were able to do long distance healing and get extensive feed back on it from our partners and were even able to practice our chakral scanning.
If there was any doubt in my mind about learning during an on line class or getting the same experience as an in person class, the doubt is gone.
This online crystal class was amazing. Thank you Kavita, for your knowledge and experience and for being willing to share both with your hungry students!

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Class ONLINE: Another SMASHINGLY SUCCESSFUL on-line workshop!!! Thank you, Kavitaji! As odd as this sounds, there is a greater connection between and among workshop participants as everyone can see and hear one another clearly. Instead of leaving the workshop with a connection with two or three people who sat near you, we leave with the seedlings of an on-line Pranic Healing Community where continued learning and sharing will grow and thrive.
Crystal is not an especially challenging workshop as the foundations of Pranic Healing are well established in the foundational course, Basic Pranic Healing. Crystals and their use in people who have only taken Level One will result in more people actually using pranic healing as the time it takes to complete a healing is greatly diminished. It is my hope that those who regulate the teachings will see the truth and power of this concept.
Once again, the techniques one needs to learn in Pranic Crystal are clearly demonstrated and demonstrated even more effectively as everyone has a ‘front row seat’. Everything that was taught was caught. We learned so much from not only the teacher, but from the teacher’s answers to the questions asked by the participants. In truth, and I am surprised to be saying this, but I believe that teaching Pranic Healing on line, in a virtual setting, will do more to quickly and powerfully disseminate the knowledge and practice than in person workshops could ever hope to do.
Wands, extractors, disintegrators, and their proper use and maintenance and care were thoroughly explained and demonstrated. Experimentation, as is encouraged by many of the Masters, is also encouraged in your workshops, Kavita. This is so empowering as in every book written by Master Choa, we are encouraged to experiment and to continue to develop the potential of this powerful healing modality.
Lots and lots of practice! That is so important when teaching a class, and you continue to emphasize this. We are thoroughly blessed for this opportunity, especially in these times when travel is restricted.

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Class ONLINE: The Level V Crystals workshop was real fun. I never knew crystals possessed energy and one can harness it. Although this meeting was conducted over a video-conference, it felt like we were physically present in the same room. Video-conference feature also allowed us to learn this in familiar surroundings of our home. By the end of Day 1, we knew how to heal ourselves and also perform long-distance healing on others. What would take an minutes in Level I, could be achieved in Seconds through crystals. That was amazing. We all felt energies and colors. Day 2, we went further into the theory, practice and even clairvoyance. I thought that the exercise on clairvoyance was the most fascinating. The workshop not only included Crystals but also the use of Pendulums and Phurbas to clean and heal the chakras. Kavita has amazing powers to heal. She patiently answered all our questions. Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Class ONLINE: I have been a Pranic healer for the last 10 years and have studied with 3 Pranic Healing Masters and with other authorized teachers. I have taken 5 levels of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Prep and am a health professional of over 40 years with extensive experience working with inpatient/outpatient psychiatric and trauma patients with a wide variety of therapeutic models. Pranic Healing is one of these helpful models.
This weekend I have had the privilege of participating in the Pranic Healing Crystal Workshop with Kavita Chhibber, my first teacher. Although I was not sure how teleconferencing would work in a Pranic Healing class, I was pleasantly surprised. Kavita made the course material, the other students, and herself very accessible and understandable in this class. What really made the difference was how she followed her power point succinctly then allowed the students to practice what they have learned. Kavita is the most knowledgeable and generous teacher of Pranic Healing that my wife, C, and I know. After this class, I am more committed to use Pranic Healing to heal myself and others due to the expert teaching offered by Kavita. After buying some expensive crystals over the years, I now have a better foundation in working with crystals on my clients and myself. Kavita’s Pranic Healing Crystal Workshop was far superior to the person-to-person class offered by another authorized teacher in Atlanta, Georgia, several years ago. I will never hesitate to take an online course with Kavita in future classes.
If there is any doubt by the foundation of Kavita’s fidelity to Master Choa Kok Sui writings and teachings, I can assure you she often quotes this body of knowledge and instruction. Her knowledge of crystals and crystal healing is beyond anyone else that we know. Sitting in one of her classes you will experience what her students already know, i.e., they are getting the best instruction and practice; whether on the Internet or in live person. If we had not this class on the Internet, her students would have been deprived of continuing our education and practice in Pranic Healing!

Level 5 Pranic Energy Healing Crystal Class ONLINE: I had the good fortune of attending Pranic Energy Healing – Level 5 class with Kavita ji this past weekend. I had attended Level 1 class with her in person 10 years ago and then again in January of this year. I took Level 2 class with her online last weekend (Mar 28 – 29) followed by the online Level 5 class on April 4-5.
First of all it would not have been possible for me to attend classes at the frequency I was able to if they had all been in-person classes. Secondly, I found no difference in the knowledge I gained by attending the class virtually than if it had been in person. On the contrary, there was knowledge shared in the participants chat section (links to websites to buy good crystals etc.) which would not have been shared without disturbing the entire class, had the class been in person. Also, sometimes in a in-person setting, a new student may find it difficult to follow along but feels awkward to ask questions. In a virtual setting, that participant can ask questions privately from the teacher and the teacher can then decide whether that knowledge should be shared with the entire class or they can just help that particular student offline without disturbing the rest of the class. I personally found that the virtual class followed a much better/faster pace than an in-person class with much less disturbances. I also liked the fact the I was able to attend it within the comfort of my own home and with frequent breaks to stretch. I was a little under the weather yesterday and I was able to lie down when being healed by my (amazing!) partner in class when they were healing me (Thanks again, J!).
Most importantly, virtual classes have opened up the forum to participants from all across the globe. In both the classes that I attended online, the participants were from all over including one from India. There were some amazing people who shared their experiences, their knowledge and their crystals. Some of these crystals were really heavy and we would not have been able to experience them in an in-person setting. Having participants from all over just broadened our horizons so much more.
Last but not the least, Kavita ji has an amazing inter-personal connection to every person she encounters and especially with those she teaches. And you can feel that whether you are sitting/standing a few feet away from her or looking at her lovely face across the computer screen. I felt the same level of connection with her that I would have felt in person.
Sorry for the long testimonial but I will leave everyone with this thought. If you are taking energy healing classes then you already know that everything is energy. And energy doesn’t know any boundaries. So if you can virtually heal anyone across the planet long distance, why can’t you learn how to heal anyone across the planet virtually.
My heartfelt gratitude to Kavita ji, the amazing angels and celestial beings who helped her teach, all the divine crystals and pendulums and phurbas who participated, cut cords and healed, and all of my fellow participants! Your collective energy made this class so amazing and knowledgeable and healing!

Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class Online: Wanted to share with all of you that it was a wonderful learning experience to learn from Kavita ji this weekend. I had done Level 1 class with her last month. That was an in-person class and I had thoroughly enjoyed my learning. Kavita ji had said Level 2 is a much more advanced class, as M said: if Level 1 is kindergarden, Level 2 is PhD. I was not going to be able to attend Level 2 class on its original planned date due to some prior commitments. But as Kavita ji had said you are able to do the class when you are karmically entitled to! In the current circumstances, plans changed and here I was able to attend the class. As Kavita ji said, it was my birthday yesterday and I feel blessed to get to spend my day learning from Kavita ji, away from all the depressing news !
This was first time, I had done an online class, it was an excellent experience! It did not feel that teacher was not reachable at any time. While she was teaching, she was watching all of us on the video, along with answering all questions put up on chat window! She answered every question, whenever anybody even raised hand instead of typing.
I am a left brain person, so it is sometimes difficult for me to think intuitively. But, my experience was incredible. She paired me up with S who was in her own house in probably a different part of country, but we were able to see Pranic healing working on each other!
I have not done any online course before this, but I would definitely say it was a very educative and fulfilling learning experience for me! So my advise to all who are contemplating, please go ahead and take this opportunity to learn from Kavita ji. She knows a lot of subjects and teaches you a lot! Online learning, staying in the comfort of your own home, no worries of keeping time margin for driving is just another bonus!
I would also take this opportunity to thank Kavita ji for a wonderful weekend! Only challenge online class has is for Kavita ji, who could not take breaks like all of us in between! She would stay unless all students have finished all what she asked us to do.

Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class Online: “WOW!!! That is really the sum of what I am about to say. Kavita and I spoke about virtual classes many times, and she is the ONLY one authorized to provide them at this time. Last weekend’s Level Two, Advanced Pranic Energy Healing workshop was the premier workshop. The ‘conventional wisdom’ has been that Pranic Energy Healing must be taught in person. Last weekend proved that wrong.
EVERYTHING that was taught, was caught. There actually turned out to be many benefits of teaching on line beyond the obvious ones.
I have taught and attended countless workshops, and in none of them was there so much ‘face time’ with the other participants. There was no ‘workshop fatigue’ as people could stand up and stretch. We could easily hear one another’s feedback and input. The truth and power of distance healing was showcased as we were hundreds, and in some cases, thousands, of miles apart. People who could not have otherwise participated were able to do so. The workshop was highly interactive. I believe there was even more focus on each one being able to grasp and work with the techniques of Advanced Pranic Healing, and also experiencing the nuances of the colored pranas.
Spoiler Alert! In truth, the idea of two days in front of my computer was a little daunting to me. So happy that my experience was completely the opposite of that. I did not even have eye fatigue, probably as a result of all the healing that was taking place. We had one woman in the workshop who shared that she can normally spend no more than 1 hour at a computer. Near the end of the first day, she shared that she had had ZERO difficulty with being on line all day.
Kavita is offering two more workshops on line in the next several weeks: Level 5, Crystal, next weekend, and Level 1, Basis Pranic Healing, on the weekend of April 18-19. Give yourself the gift of them! You will be glad you did.

We had 2 very long days of almost uninterrupted learning. For me one of the highlights was the energy of colors, loved it, had incredible experiences. Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class Online: This class for me was the culmination of my requests to Kavetaji to start teaching online. I had been requesting her for almost 1.5 years now 🙂
I joined from India, 2-3 hours on both days, as it was a review for me. But, as it happens with classic books, the more you read/attend, the newer depth you find. Same happened to me with this class. Came to know of newer breadth/depth in many techniques I have been practicing for last 5 years.
During the class I didn’t realize but now came to know from Kavetaji’s mail, there were few who are in their 80s ! This goes on to prove learning is a lifelong activity !

Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing Class Online: I can’t thank you enough for all the knowledge you shared in the Level 2 Pranic Healing workshop this weekend, a lot of which was way beyond the Level 2 course. You have a personal connection with each of the students and that is why we are able to resonate with you and you address the needs of each individual even in a large class of learners.
Although I have a masters degree in Technology and half of my career was as a software developer, I had never taken an online workshop before as I have always preferred interpersonal interactions. However, I was amazed at how the workshop worked to address our individual needs while keeping the group dynamics intact. The technology part was easy for me (and I am also happy to help anyone else who wishes to participate in future workshops and has problems setting up). I am also a hermit by nature and this workshop was perfectly aligned with my inherent predisposition to never leave my home ?.
It was amazing to learn about healing using colors and this has cut down the work..But I can tell you I am ready to play Pranic Holi (the festival of colors)!!!
The extra bonus for me was the Phurba work at the end. I can’t tell you how amazing I feel after the three phurbas worked on me. I have never felt this cord-free ever before in my life.
Also wanted to share another incident that happened this morning. My niece in India called me this morning and she had severe pain in her left leg. She is thalassemic (a genetic disorder in which the body does not make its own blood) and is currently overdue for a blood transfusion (she needs one every 15-18 days). I was still half-asleep so I invoked divine intervention
I was trying to pull energetic contamination called energy cords, through specific techniques and there were so many that I thought will take me a lot of time to pull them all out. Again, I asked for divine intervention and the cords were pulled out effortlessly. Her cords were very prickly. Later she told me that when I was pulling her cords out she saw a vision of a lake and a lot of bare thorny trees and she saw the trees being uprooted one by one. She has no knowledge of Pranic Healing and doesn’t ever follow my instructions and doesn’t meditate (despite constant reminders from me).
She is feeling a little better. Please keep her in your prayers as it is difficult to find blood donors at this time.
Last but not the least, I don’t know what energy cords you cut and with the amazing healing energy of my partner in class (B ji), I am cooking fresh meals everyday!!!

Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing Class: The class was amazing. The knowledge invaluable. Kavita is one of the few Pranic Healing teachers I know who does not hoard and hide the information.
I have been to many level 1 classes, to include one 5 years ago with Kavita. This one impressed me with the amount of information and energy that came through.
This is an invaluable class. So many things in our lives, as Kavita reminded me this weekend, are energetic in nature. So many blockages in our lives, and health are energetic in nature. Crystal workshop: It is always wonderful to attend one of Kavita’s workshops – have been waiting on the crystal workshop for some time and it was a phenomenal experience as to be expected. Kavita is a brilliant and intuitive teacher who always shares her vast wisdom and knowledge with great personal stories that are perfectly tuned to the attendees and how we can apply these esoteric wisdom to a day to day experience and healing to transform our lives. It was wonderful to also connect to others in the class who also came with their own wisdom and gifts and being on the similar spiritual path – being very open and compassionate to each other as we learned together. The workshop itself had a lot of various component with theory and practice which is the best part and is integral to all of her workshops. I had read about the disintegrators and extractors in the crystal book but it was something else to work with them with her guidance and will be something that I would love to integrate in my healing practice on me and my family going forward. Each crystal has its own superpower and we got some great overview on so many of them. The wisdom of the phurba, vajra and dorje to the workshop was a great addition as well.
Being an animal lover, it was also wonderful to do group healing of several animals. The best part of the class was how we ended with a personal healing with phenomenal crystals from Kavita herself that she had gotten from her collection. Kavita also gave us some phenomenal crystal gifts on both days that are so attuned to each one of us.

Crystal workshop: I have studied Pranic Crystal healing with advanced, senior teachers as well as with one of the Masters, and I have used crystals in Pranic Energy Healing for many years. The workshop taught by Kavita far surpassed any of my previous experiences in a crystal workshop.
One of the things that separates Kavita from other instructors is that she purposefully limits class size to insure that each participant in the workshop receives the attention needed so that they leave the workshop with the understanding and confidence to implement what is learned into their practice. This is true for all the courses Kavita teaches.
Specifically, on the crystal workshop, she allowed the students to experience the different energetic effects and vibrations of various types of wands, extractors, pebbles, and crystals so that we, the students, would understand how each one can be used most beneficially. This kind of detail is invaluable. We also had ample opportunity for practice, and each participant was able to share their experience and give feedback. This opened the room for wonderful questions and dialogue that added great value to the class.
And, Kavita shared her lifelong experience of working with crystals. She has a deep understanding of their energies and how crystals interface with our energetic and physical bodies. In addition to the formal coursework, she shared a small amount of her vast knowledge of the mineral kingdom which truly expanded the realm of what is possible. I see a small amount of her vast knowledge because she needs to develop multiple classes in order to share and teach what is possible with various categories of minerals, crystals, and stones. I will be in everyone of those classes!

Level 1 and Crystal workshop: I had heard a lot about pranic healing, but I was skeptical before I took the class with Kavita. Even my mom tried to persuade me to learn pranic healing for a long time, but as Kavita says, ‘the teacher appears when it’s our time to receive the spiritual knowledge.’ I took level 1 and level 5 with her, which was a transformational experience for me. Kavita always says that she is not the teacher but the medium through which the divine teachers share their knowledge and send their blessing. Crystal workshop: Even though I have to leave a couple of hours early to catch my flight, I’m still on “pranic high” from Crystal workshop. As always, Kavita went well and beyond. It was wonderful to sit and absorb the wonderful energy from the crystals.

Crystal workshop: I am fortunate to attend the crystal class and gained tremendous amount of knowledge from Kavita . I was resistant of using the rare tricolor wand that Kavita gave me 2 years ago to use for healing but after this class I think I am ready to experiment with all the crystals and wands on the earth. She gave us infinite knowledge of crystals , Lemurians and phurbas that she brought along and we all were lucky to get healings from them. Last night My husband said I am on different energy level after this class and seems like filled with lot of divine energy which definitely came from the healings that I received from Kavita’s Lemurians.

I came across Kavita when I was going through a personal crisis in my life. She has always encouraged me to take pranic healing classes. As the saying goes “when the student is ready, the teacher appears” and it didn’t happen until recently.

I have taken several pranic healing workshops with Kavita in the past year and I do a countdown till the day arrives for the class each time. Kavita is a warm, thoughtful and knowledgeable teacher who is able to balance teaching the theory with real life examples with a great sense of humor along with a lot of hands on practice. She takes us under her wings to give us tips to make sure we are doing the right thing and greatly encourages us to continue the practice at home. Even when you review a workshop, each class is never the same as the class is all very individualized to the attendees and Kavita brings something new she learns and so, it is a very enriching experience. Her classes are small and so, we students really get a lot of individual attention and we are able to hone in to issues and areas of our life where we want to actively make a positive change.

From my daughter and I — neither of us had an inkling of what Pranic healing is, yet when I saw the workshop I felt the pull to attend. I have taken four classes with Kavita over the course of several years. My favorite thing about her teaching style is that she never holds back. Pranic healing is an amazing modality. I’ve taken the first two levels and have seen incredible results when applying the principles to myself. I’ve been able to heal myself of mosquito bites, cuts, and bruises. In class we have been able to help people with more serious ailments. I’ve also seen Kavita disconnect a person from their fear of dogs. The list goes on and on.
This was my second time taking the class but my first time being instructed by Kavita. I really enjoyed her teaching style. The entire weekend was an exceptional experience. Level 1 Pranic Energy Healing: I have taken Level 1 with Kavita several times. It is always interesting to see who is in the class and how that changes the way the workshop is taught. Kavita really does tailor all of her classes for the maximum benefit of all present. I’ve never seen class taught the same way twice.
Class this weekend was a mixture of new and experienced students. All of the new students took to the material right away. Those of us who were reviewing were also reminded of things we had forgotten.
This energy work has greatly impacted my life since I was first introduced to it several years ago. I highly recommend taking Level 1 with Kavita, whether you’re new or experienced. There is something for everyone in each of her classes.

I have taken classes level 1-3 with Kavita and have reviewed some of them several times. The thing that always strikes me is how different each class is even though we are learning the same material. Kavita really tailors each class to the individual students. And every student brings something to the table. Such a wonderful weekend of hospitality, learning and healing. Aside from the oasis of her beautiful family and home as a back drop for learning Pranic Healing Level 1, Kavita is a wise teacher who instructed and nourished us all with a solid overview of the material, and more importantly hands on techniques. I appreciated her tough love, and am grateful that my first teacher is so intuitive and knowledgeable. Additionally, my fellow classmates were a complementary balance to the weekend. I have made teacher/student connections that are certainly going to last this lifetime.
I wanted to share my miracle practicing the technique of pink light on my kids during my drive home Sunday evening because I wanted to keep my relaxed state of mind – not an easy thing for a Gemini. I had asked Kavita how to ensure a peaceful night at home as the energy levels with my three children can get quite volcanic at times. She suggested using a soft pink light, which I did. It was a mini miracle because I had such a calm evening with all three kids – no tantrums, no energy bursts. I’ll definitely be doing that with frequency 🙂
Also, sharing what Kavita communicated with us this weekend about miscarriages and short-lived beings, I was able to help ease a dear relative who had miscarried last year and bring her newfound peace to a very traumatizing situation. Part of the reason I cried during the remote healing session was that I saw my deceased dog (my loyal companion for so many years in a bad marriage ) watching over this little baby, and I knew right then that the baby was that of my close relative. I felt tremendous peace in seeing my dog with this infant as he had always watched over my two boys when he was alive. When I shared the story with my relative she cried and felt peace as she also loved my dog and felt comfort. Her perspective totally changed, which is the true power of healing.
So… little miracles happen every day, we just need to stop, breath and recognize them amidst all the hustle and bustle. We are also instruments of healing to help bring small miracles to others. I look forward to more classes with Kavita.

KavitaJi is a warm, real person who understood me from the moment I met her. I am an Engineer and strongly science-oriented, and question everything. But Pranic healing techniques and the life tips I have received from her has helped me internalize and become a stronger, better person. I deal with a few ailments, and I don’t ever mope and feel low about myself anymore. The one lovely tip she gave me one time was – To look at ourselves and change ourselves from within, as our aura may be the one mirroring back to us from our family and close ones.
